Utku Zihnioglu

CEO & Co-founder

Serial entrepreneur who built infrastructure companies handling billions of requests. Now leads engineering at Oneprofile, building the CRM enrichment engine that pulls in data providers and your own systems automatically and writes the answers back to your CRM.

Utku is a serial entrepreneur and technical founder. He co-founded Remotium, an enterprise security company, then solo-founded Webshare, a platform for public data collection at scale. Both companies sat at the intersection of infrastructure and scale: systems that had to move large volumes of data reliably, handle failures gracefully, and run unattended without losing records. That background shaped how he thinks about software. The interesting problems are never the happy path. They are retries, rate limits, partial failures, and provider outages.

Running sales at his own companies exposed a different kind of failure. The CRM held a list of names. Everything that made a name worth calling lived somewhere else: what the account paid in Stripe, what they complained about in the support desk, what they actually did in the product. Getting that picture into one place meant a spreadsheet, a stack of open tabs, and an evening gone for every hundred rows. He did it anyway, because the alternative was calling accounts in alphabetical order.

Oneprofile is his answer to that evening. The thesis is that a founder's CRM should enrich itself. Load your accounts, and each one gets enriched automatically, either from a waterfall of data providers tried cheapest-first or straight from the systems you already run. Then AI reviews every account at once, scores each one against your ICP, and writes the score back to the CRM with the reason attached. He calls this the GTM data layer: the piece that sits between the tools you already own and the CRM they never talk to. It turns a list of names into a ranked answer to who is worth talking to and why.

The audience is deliberate. Oneprofile is built for the founder who runs outbound between board prep and bug fixes, before there is a RevOps hire or a data engineer. It works for a solo founder on the free tier the same way it works for a 200-person revenue team on a paid plan.

Utku leads engineering at Oneprofile. He writes the enrichment engine, designs the integration architecture behind its 127 sources and destinations, and maintains the infrastructure that keeps your data current every day. Building infrastructure companies from scratch is why Oneprofile treats the hard parts as first-class features instead of afterthoughts: provider fallbacks, rate limits, retry semantics, and knowing what a run costs before it starts.
