About Oneprofile
Oneprofile finds the people worth talking to, researches each one, and follows up until they reply. We build it for founders and early sales teams who still run outbound themselves.
Why we built Oneprofile
At Webshare, our CRM held a list of names. Everything that made a name worth calling lived somewhere else: what the account paid in Stripe, what they complained about in support, what they actually did in the product.
Pulling that into one place took a spreadsheet, a stack of open tabs and an evening for every hundred accounts. Then someone still had to write each email and chase the follow-ups by hand.
Oneprofile is our answer to that evening. You describe who you sell to, and the people who match arrive already researched, with a line written about each one and a sequence that follows up until they reply.
What we believe
Research comes before the first email
AI writes the middle sentence of each email fresh from that person’s research, so no two prospects get the same line. You still decide what you’re asking for.
The best data is already yours
What an account bought, broke or used sits in your billing, support desk and product analytics. 127 tools work as sources, destinations or both, and a waterfall of data providers fills the rest, stopping at the first match.
You should know the bill before you run it
There’s one credit meter, every action has a published price, and you see what a job costs before it runs. Misses cost nothing, credits never expire, and the free plan’s 200 credits come back every month. Start, pay and upgrade without talking to anyone, or book a call if you’d rather talk first.
Who builds Oneprofile
Two founders who worked together at Webshare, a public data collection platform, before starting Oneprofile.

Utku Zihnioglu
CEO & Co-founder
Utku co-founded Remotium, an enterprise security company, then founded Webshare. Both were infrastructure businesses that had to move large volumes of data reliably and run unattended. He leads engineering at Oneprofile, where the parts most tools treat as afterthoughts, like retries, rate limits and provider failures, are the parts he cares about most.

Natsuki Z.
Co-founder
Natsuki ran product management at Webshare, where the product spanned proxy infrastructure, browser automation and developer APIs serving billions of requests a month. She leads product at Oneprofile and measures every feature by how fast you reach a first result: describe who you sell to, see the first researched prospects, and decide from there.
