Earn 25% recurring for 24 months

The program. Enrollment is open and free to anyone 18 or older, one affiliate account per person or entity. Oneprofile may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.

Commissions. Launch offer: customers attributed to you while the offer runs earn you 25% of their net subscription payments (after discounts, taxes, refunds) for 24 months from their first paid invoice, provided that first paid invoice lands within 90 days of their signup; later conversions earn the standard schedule. Standard schedule: 15% for 12 months. The launch offer ends December 31, 2026, or earlier at Oneprofile’s discretion; the schedule in force at attribution is locked for that customer. Commission accrues on subscription payments only; one-time purchases such as credit packs are excluded. Oneprofile’s attribution records are authoritative.

Attribution. First touch wins: a new workspace is attributed to at most one affiliate (or one referral), permanently, when it signs up within 60 days of following your link or code.

Pending earnings and clawbacks. Earnings are pending for 30 days from each underlying payment, then payable. Refunds and chargebacks deduct the corresponding commission, including from pending and payable balances; your balance can go negative and nets against future earnings. For amounts already paid out that later become refundable, you authorize Oneprofile to deduct from future payouts and, where none exist, to invoice you for the difference.

Payouts. Payouts are sent by PayPal on the first day of each month for payable balances of at least $25; smaller balances roll over. Before your first payout you must complete identity verification and provide the PayPal account payouts go to. Identity documents issued by comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions cannot be verified, and the program cannot pay residents of jurisdictions PayPal does not serve. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent, and you are responsible for your own taxes on program income.

Prohibited conduct. The following forfeit all current and future earnings and terminate your participation: sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages in any channel; bidding on Oneprofile brand keywords or confusingly similar domains in paid advertising; self-referral or referring entities you control; cookie stuffing or other attribution manipulation; misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims about Oneprofile or about earnings; impersonating Oneprofile; and purchasing on behalf of referred customers.

Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your material connection to Oneprofile wherever you promote it, as the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and local equivalents require.

No earnings guarantee. Nothing in the program or its marketing is a promise of income. Calculator figures are illustrative, not typical results.

Marks and assets. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the media kit assets as provided. Do not register domains, handles, or app listings containing Oneprofile marks.

Changes and termination. Oneprofile may change these terms prospectively with 30 days’ notice; schedules already stamped on attributed customers are unaffected. Either party may end participation at any time; earned, unforfeited balances above the minimum pay out on the normal schedule after termination.
