Why CRM enrichment breaks when it runs by hand

Reps fill in what the form asked for and skip the rest. The usual fix is a CSV export, a data source run, and a re-import that overwrites whatever someone corrected by hand.

Empty fields nobody has time to fill

A contact arrives with a name and an email. Company size, industry, role, and phone stay blank, because filling them means a data source tab and a copy-paste for every single record.

Records decay from the day they are created

People change jobs and companies raise, merge, or shrink. The CRM keeps the version from the day the record was entered, so routing and reports run on facts that stopped being true.

What they bought and asked never reaches the CRM

An account's Stripe payments, Zendesk tickets, and product usage sit in three other tools. A rep opens the CRM record before the call and sees none of it.

How Oneprofile does CRM enrichment

Connect the CRM once. Every contact and company gets its missing fields filled, its context pulled from your own systems, and the result written back without a rep touching it.

Missing fields filled from a waterfall of data sources

Work email, phone, headcount, industry, and role fill in from data sources asked one at a time, most accurate first. Each lookup stops at the first answer, and one that finds nothing costs nothing.

Enrich CRM data automatically from your own systems

Stripe plan and payment status, open Zendesk tickets, and PostHog usage land on the same record as the bought firmographics. A rep opens the account already knowing what it pays and what broke.

AI writes a summary and a fit score on every record

AI reads the finished record, writes a short summary of the account and scores it against your ICP with the reason attached. Both land on the CRM record as properties reps can filter on.

Write-back you control per field

You choose the CRM properties Oneprofile writes. Anything you leave unmapped, like the owner a rep assigned, is never touched. Included on every paid plan from $20.

Keep CRM data up to date on a schedule

Set the source to refresh on a schedule and the write-back column to re-run on the same one. Records each refresh adds or changes are enriched, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.

How CRM enrichment works, first sync to scheduled refresh

Set it up once. After the first sync, the schedules you set keep the CRM complete, and nobody exports a CSV again.

1

Connect your CRM and choose the records

Authorize HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or Pipedrive, and pick contacts, companies, or both. Anyone who joins the CRM later arrives on the next scheduled refresh, with nothing to re-import.

2

The waterfall fills the empty fields

Work email, phone, headcount, industry, and role are looked up source by source, accuracy first, stopping at the first source with an answer. You see the most the run can cost before it starts.

3

Pull context from your own systems

Connect Stripe, Zendesk, PostHog, or Postgres, and match on an ID or an email address. Plan, payment status, open tickets, and last product activity land on the same contact and company.

4

Write back to the CRM properties you choose

Choose which fields go to the CRM and map each one to a property. Create any custom property in the CRM first, and the fields you leave unmapped are never touched.

5

Refresh the source and the write-back on a schedule

Schedule the source refresh and the write-back column. Records the refresh added or changed are enriched again, and the next push sends them to the CRM, so it never needs a cleanup project.

CRM enrichment pairs teams set up first

The source holds the fact the CRM is missing. The destination is where the enriched value lands and gets worked.

Stripe logotoSalesforce logo

Write Stripe plan and last payment status onto Salesforce accounts so a renewal conversation starts from what the customer actually pays.

Zendesk logotoPipedrive logo

Add open Zendesk tickets to the Pipedrive organization so the deal owner sees the unresolved bugs before the upsell call.

PostHog logotoHubSpot logo

Bring PostHog last-seen and feature usage onto HubSpot contacts so an account that went quiet a month ago is flagged before the renewal.

PostgreSQL logotoAttio logo

Query your own Postgres for seats in use and workspace count, then write both to the Attio company and refresh them on every scheduled run.

Intercom logotoClose logo

Pull Intercom conversation count and last reply date onto Close leads so a rep knows the account has been talking to support all week.

Write the refreshed HubSpot champion record to Google Sheets so the account team sees the new title and employer after the next refresh.

CRM enrichment: common questions

What is CRM enrichment?

CRM enrichment fills the fields your CRM records are missing and refreshes the ones that went stale: work email, phone, headcount, industry, and role, plus what your own billing, support, and product tools know. The values write back to the CRM as properties reps can filter on.

Does automated CRM enrichment overwrite what my reps typed?

Only the fields you map are written. A mapped field takes the enriched value on each push; a field you leave unmapped is never touched. Create any custom properties in the CRM first, then map the enriched fields to them.

Can a CRM enrichment tool use my own Stripe, Zendesk, or product data?

Yes. Stripe, Zendesk, PostHog, and Postgres are four of the 142 integrations that enrich the same record as the bought data. Plan, payment status, open tickets, and last product activity land on the contact or company beside the firmographics. Nobody sells that data.

How do I keep CRM data up to date after the first run?

Schedule three things: the CRM refresh, so new records come in; the enrichment columns, so existing records are re-checked on your cadence; and the write-back column, so the results reach the CRM. The editor projects the monthly credit cost before you save.

Which CRMs does Oneprofile enrich?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, and Pipedrive are the usual starting points, and the same write-back runs with Close, Zoho CRM, Copper, and the other CRMs among the 142 integrations. Each reads data in, writes it back, or both on every paid plan, from $20 a month.

How much does CRM enrichment cost?

Every operation has a published credit price, and a run shows its estimated cost before it starts. Lookups that find nothing cost nothing. The Free plan includes 200 credits a month, Team is $20 for 1,000, and credits never expire.
